Luncheon Registration Process

We are hopeful that you will be able to join us for each and every luncheon this year. Please make note of the registration guidelines below.

Registration for all luncheons will end at midnight the Friday before our Thursday luncheon. Members will be charged the normal $40 fee.
Late registrations received on the weekend, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday and ending at midnight on Sunday, will still be guaranteed a reserved seat for Thursday’s event at a cost of $45.
Cancelations must be requested at reservations@armyspousesclub.org by midnight the Sunday before the luncheon to receive a refund.

The same timelines and fees will be applied to any visitors accompanying members.

As always, please mark your calendars for the Army Spouses Club every third Thursday of the month. In order to take advantage of the $40 luncheon fee, be sure to register promptly when you receive your luncheon notification.

Use this registration option for the Kennedy Center tour only. This registration does NOT include an RSVP for the optional lunch following the tour.
2) Kennedy Center Tour and Lunch
Use this registration option to sign up for the Kennedy Center Tour AND to RSVP for the optional lunch at Kingbird in the Watergate Hotel following the tour.

Your tour of The Kennedy Center is tomorrow, March 27th at 10:00 a.m. followed by
lunch at Kingbird in the Watergate Hotel (if you are registered).

Parking is available at the Kennedy Center for $23.00 starting at 9:30 a.m..
A limited number of pre-purchased parking spots are available for $20.00 until 8 p.m. tonight on the Kennedy Center website. The app, Spot Hero, offers reduced rate parking near the Watergate complex.

This tour has a 40 person capacity. We will not be offering refunds for cancellations at this event. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another ASCGWA member. You will be responsible for this transaction.
